A quick look at the Top Three

1. Kade Anderson | SP | Seattle Mariners

Level: Double-A | Age: 22 | ETA: 2026
Why He’s Hot: Anderson delivered perfection over five frames at Double-A. He sat down all 15 batters he faced without allowing a single hit or base runner while punching out seven. Seattle’s pitching development system continues to produce high-upside arms, and Anderson’s mix of command and swing-and-miss stuff was on full display.
Dynasty Take: Anderson’s jump to Double-A hasn’t slowed his momentum. With zero-walk command and elite bat-missing capability, he is rapidly solidifying his status as a target for mid-to-late 2026 rotation depth in deep fantasy leagues.

2. Jack Gurevitch | 1B | St. Louis Cardinals

Level: High-A | Age: 22 | ETA: 2028
Why He’s Hot: Gurevitch put on a clinic at High-A last week, blasting 5 home runs in just 20 at-bats while striking out only twice. A 1.915 OPS over a full six-game slate is eye-popping, showing off raw power alongside disciplined contact skills.
Dynasty Take: First-base prospects often face high offensive bars to climb ranks, but Gurevitch is hitting the cover off the ball. Keep a close eye on his promotion timeline to Double-A; if the power holds, his dynasty value will soar.

3. Wilder Dalis | SS | Colorado Rockies

Level: Single-A | Age: 19 | ETA: 2028
Why He’s Hot: At just 19 years old, Dalis did it all for Single-A Fresno. He compiled 12 hits, 4 home runs, 12 RBIs, and 4 stolen bases with a 5:6 BB:K ratio. Demonstrating power, patience, and speed in equal measure, Dalis was virtually unretractable all week.
Dynasty Take: Middle infielders who can pack 20/20 potential with high-OBP traits are dynamic assets. Dalis is a prime target for deep first-year player drafts or early pickup lists.

Power & Speed Standouts

The offense was electric across all levels this past week:

  • Gavin Cross (OF, KC – AAA): Cross crushed AAA pitching with a 1.705 OPS, 5 HR, 10 RBIs, and 3 SBs (12-for-27). He looks primed for a big-league call-up.
  • Blake Burke (1B, MIL – AA): Matched Cross with 5 HR and 11 RBIs alongside a massive 1.742 OPS in Double-A.
  • Tyson Lewis (3B, CIN – High-A): Showcased dynamic tools with 3 HR and 5 SBs while posting a 1.346 OPS.
  • Mac Horvath (2B/3B, TB – AA) & Ryan Wideman (OF, SD – High-A): Caused absolute havoc on the basepaths, stealing 5 bases and 7 bases respectively.

Dominant Pitching Performances

It wasn’t just hitters taking over; several starters posted zero-run outings:

  • Quinn Mathews (SP, STL – AAA): Worked 7 scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts and a 0.86 WHIP.
  • Ramon Marquez (SP, PHI – High-A): Spun 5 shutout innings with 10 strikeouts and just 1 walk/hit allowed (0.40 WHIP).
  • John Holobetz (SP, BOS – AA): Struck out 10 without walking a batter in 5 scoreless frames (0.60 WHIP).
  • Conner Ware (SP/RP, NYM – Single-A): Recorded 12 strikeouts over 7 shutout innings across 2 appearances (0.71 WHIP).
  • Luis Martinez-Gomez (SP, CHC – AA): Struck out 12 over 6 innings, allowing just 1 ER (0.33 WHIP).
