A quick look at the Top Three
1. Joshua Baez (OF, St. Louis Cardinals)
The Verdict: The mid-2026 ETA is a flashing red light.
Baez (pictured above) didn’t just have a good week; he staged an absolute assault on Triple-A pitching. The 23-year-old outfielder blasted a minor-league-high 6 home runs and added 13 RBIs, including an incredible four-home run night. Baez has completely adjusted to upper-level offspeed stuff, and his signature light-tower power is now on full display. If your dynasty squad needs an immediate injection of elite power, this window is closing rapidly.
2. Brandon Compton (OF, Miami Marlins)
The Verdict: A true, five-tool fantasy cheat code.
Compton turned in what can only be described as a masterpiece of a fantasy baseball stat line. In High-A, he combined thunder and lightning by crushing 4 home runs and swiping a staggering 5 stolen bases. He balanced that aggressive style with incredible plate discipline, drawing 8 walks to finish the week with a 1.740 OPS. When an outfield prospect pairs that level of power-speed upside with elite on-base skills, you buy everywhere you can.
3. Brandon White (SP, Miami Marlins)
The Verdict: Surgical execution knocking on the big-league door.
The Marlins system claims a second consecutive spot in our top three, this time on the pitching side. White turned in 7 masterclass innings at Triple-A, posting a perfect 0.00 ERA and a cartoonish 0.14 WHIP. He allowed a single, lonely hit while registering an 11-to-0 K-BB ratio. White’s command is completely maximized right now, and he looks entirely ready to handle major league bats by late summer.
The “Zero-ER” Club: Total Mound Dominance
The bats generated historic volume this week, but these stellar pitching prospects completely built a brick wall around home plate:
- Seth Hernandez (PIT): Showing elite stuff at High-A, Hernandez threw 6 scoreless innings, giving up just 1 hit while striking out 8 on a tiny 0.33 WHIP.
- Kade Anderson (SEA): A regular feature on our weekly report, Anderson was flawless again at Double-A, logging 6 shutout frames with 8 strikeouts and an elegant 0.50 WHIP.
- Christian Zazueta (LAD): Zazueta pulled off actual perfection for his High-A affiliate, throwing 5 perfect innings with 7 strikeouts and a 0.00 WHIP.
- Jacob Odle (STL): Odle matching his organizational mate’s dominance, firing 6 shutout frames of his own while giving up zero hits and striking out 8.
Notable Risers & Major Run Producers
- The Triple-A Masterclass: Tommy White (ATH) look completely revitalized, punishing Triple-A arms for a 1.956 OPS, launching 4 home runs and driving in 10 in just 15 at-bats.
- Lower-Level Teen Prodigies: Catching prospect Luis Puello (NYY) made a mockery of Single-A pitching with a 2.114 OPS and 4 home runs, while Alejandro Blasco (CLE) matching that pop in the complex league with 4 homers and 11 RBIs of his own.
- The Run-Production Machines: Jack O’Dowd (COL) and Garrett Pennington (DET) absolutely carried their respective lineups in High-A, driving in 12 RBIs apiece while showcasing extra-base thunder.
- Speed Demons: Cody Miller (AT)L single-handedly engineered entire rallies in Single-A, pairing a massive 9 walks with a week-high 6 stolen bases. Jose Alpuria (ARI) followed closely behind, weaponizing his legs to swipe 5 bases to pair with a .579 average.
