After a surge up the rankings to No. 56, Moore has been called up to the Angels’ major league roster. One of the most explosive bats from the college class, Moore brings a blend of compact power, quick hands, and above-average speed—traits that could translate quickly at the next level.

1. Jonah Tong, SP/RP, Mets (AA)

Tong (pictured above) set the tone with a dominant 5-inning, no-hit performance. He struck out 11 and walked just three, delivering a 0.00 ERA and a 0.60 WHIP. The 22-year-old continues to climb as one of the most intriguing arms in the Mets’ system.

2. Coleman Crow, SP, Brewers (AA)

Crow was even stingier with baserunners, allowing just one hit in six shutout innings. He didn’t issue a walk and struck out nine, finishing the week with a near-perfect 0.17 WHIP. Milwaukee may have a gem on its hands.

3. Carter Trice, 2B, Cubs (High-A)

Trice showed off a dynamic power-speed combo with a 1.658 OPS, 3 home runs, and 6 stolen bases in just 15 at-bats. He also walked six times. The Cubs might be watching a breakout develop.

4. Khal Stephen, SP, Blue Jays (High-A)

Stephen was flawless with his control, striking out 11 over six innings without issuing a walk. His 0.50 WHIP and 1.50 ERA hint at a pitcher ready for a bigger challenge.

5. Ryan Ward, OF, Dodgers (AAA)

Ward stayed hot with 4 more homers and 8 RBIs, adding 3 stolen bases to the mix. His 1.260 OPS on the week shows he’s more than just a slugger—he’s becoming a five-tool threat.

6. Will Robertson, OF, Blue Jays (AAA)

Another Jays outfielder swinging a hot bat, Robertson mashed 5 home runs in 22 at-bats with a 1.600 OPS. He walked five times and looks ready for his first shot at MLB.

7. Nick Goodwin, SS, Blue Jays (High-A)

Goodwin posted one of the most well-rounded lines of the week: 5 home runs, 12 RBIs, a 1.598 OPS and just one strikeout in 21 ABs. Toronto has something brewing at multiple levels.

8. Grant McCray, OF, Giants (AAA)

McCray combined speed and pop with a 1.364 OPS, 3 homers, and 3 steals. He’s heating up just in time to push for a major league look.

9. Sterlin Thompson, OF, Rockies (AAA)

Thompson quietly put together a monster line: a 1.393 OPS with 2 homers, 3 steals, and just 2 strikeouts. He’s flashing the tools of a future big-league regular.

10. Samuel Zavala, OF, White Sox (High-A)

Zavala crushed the ball to the tune of a 1.552 OPS, going 12-for-20 with 2 homers, 6 RBIs, and 2 steals. The 20-year-old is on fire and showing why the White Sox value his bat.

11. Kaelen Culpepper, SS, Twins (High-A)

Culpepper impressed with a 1.272 OPS, going 11-for-26 with 2 bombs, 6 RBIs, and 3 steals. His all-around game continues to gain momentum.

12. Wyatt Sanford, SS, Pirates (Single-A)

The 19-year-old Sanford exploded for 3 homers, 10 RBIs, and 3 steals, slashing .364/.440/.909. He’s proving he can handle full-season ball.

13. Peter Heubeck, SP/RP, Dodgers (AA)

Heubeck racked up 16 Ks across 11.2 innings without giving up a run. His 0.69 WHIP and ability to miss bats suggest big things ahead in the Dodgers’ system.

14. Jaxon Wiggins, SP/RP, Cubs (AA)

Wiggins spun 11 strong innings over two starts with 12 strikeouts, just 1 walk, and a 1.59 ERA. He’s showing the ability to work deep and dominate.

15. Eduardo Garcia, SS/OF, Brewers (High-A)

Garcia put up a 1.259 OPS while showcasing some pop (3 homers) and speed (3 steals). His versatility and patience at the plate are trending in the right direction.

Josue Briceno (C/1B, DET – High-A)

Briceno continues to impress at just 20 years old. He posted a 1.920 OPS with 5 home runs and 12 RBIs in only 16 at-bats, drawing 6 walks to just 4 strikeouts. He’s quickly becoming one of the Tigers’ most exciting bats in the system.

Ryan Ritter (SS, COL – AAA)

Ritter mashed at Triple-A this week with a 1.666 OPS, 4 homers, and 12 RBIs, going 11-for-23 and drawing 4 walks. With continued success, he could debut in Colorado before season’s end.

Trey Gibson (SP, BAL – High-A)

Gibson was unhittable, striking out 13 without a single walk across 6 innings while allowing just 2 hits. A true breakout performance that could fast-track his rise in Baltimore’s loaded system.

Cedric De Grandpre (SP, ATL – High-A)

De Grandpre tossed 6 no-hit innings, striking out 10 and walking only 2. The 23-year-old is emerging as a legitimate name to watch in the Braves’ pipeline.

Kevin McGonigle (2B/SS, DET – High-A)

McGonigle showcased elite contact and plate discipline: 13-for-22 with 6 walks and no strikeouts. The 20-year-old middle infielder finished with a 1.543 OPS and looks like a future leadoff hitter in the making.

Ryan Ward (OF, LAD – AAA)

Ward continued to rake with a 1.625 OPS, 4 home runs, and 8 RBIs. He went 12-for-26 and added 5 walks, making a strong case for a call-up soon.

Josh Bostick (SP, SF – High-A)

Bostick put up monster strikeout numbers with 19 Ks over 11 scoreless innings. He walked 4 and allowed just 3 hits across two starts, lowering his ERA to zero on the week.

Cade Cavalli (SP, WAS – AAA)

Cavalli made a strong return with 5 shutout innings, 10 strikeouts, and only 1 walk. Healthy again, he’s looking like a rotation option for Washington in the second half.

Jostin Florentino (SP, CHC – Rookie/ACL)

Florentino dominated in his first taste of pro ball, tossing 6 innings with 12 strikeouts and only 2 walks. He allowed just 3 hits and posted a 1.50 ERA.

Ryan Johnson (SP/RP, LAA – High-A)

Johnson matched Florentino’s numbers with a 1.50 ERA, 10 Ks, and just 1 walk over 6 innings. Whether starting or relieving, he’s making a case to move up quickly.

Kumar Rocker (SP, TEX – MLB Rehab)

Rocker made his rehab debut and looked excellent, firing 4 no-hit innings with 5 Ks and just one walk. After injury setbacks, this was a welcome return to form.

Eduardo Quintero (OF, LAD – Single-A)

Quintero went 12-for-25 with a 1.413 OPS, adding a homer, 4 stolen bases, and 7 RBIs. He’s showing impact speed and growing power, putting him on prospect radars.

Sebastian Walcott (SS, TEX – AA)

Walcott continues to hold his own in Double-A at just 19, slashing for a 1.004 OPS with 2 homers and 3 steals. His tools and maturity for his age remain impressive.

Miguel Bleis (OF, BOS – High-A)

Bleis delivered a balanced attack, going 9-for-20 with a 1.250 OPS, 2 homers, and 2 stolen bases. He’s quietly putting together one of the better all-around stretches in the Red Sox system.

Konnor Griffin surges into the Top 15

The Pittsburgh Pirates prospect has surged into the top 15 as his season line is up to .310/.361/.511 with 18 extra-base hits and 21 stolen bases in his first 42 games. The 19-year-old outfielder has been on a tear with Low-A Bradenton, showcasing his dynamic skill set that includes power, speed, and defensive versatility. During a recent nine-game hitting streak, Griffin slashed an impressive .525/.535/.750, contributing two home runs and six stolen bases.

The Top 10 Update

No. 1. Roman Anthony – OF, Boston Red Sox

Still holding strong at No. 1, Anthony continues to showcase elite on-base skills and developing power in Triple-A. With a 60-grade future value, his blend of bat control, patience, and athleticism make him the most complete outfield prospect in the game. A mid-2025 debut feels all but inevitable.

2. Leo De Vries – SS, San Diego Padres

The Padres’ 18-year-old wunderkind is still having no trouble handling High-A, flashing plus contact and speed tools to go with mature plate discipline. Already looking like a future leadoff stalwart, De Vries boasts a 65 FV ceiling and might be the best teenage hitter in the minors right now.

3. Jesus Made – SS, Milwaukee Brewers

Another 18-year-old phenom, Made brings plus tools across the board and is obliterating Single-A pitching. He now shares the highest FV in the rankings (65) and could leapfrog De Vries soon with his advanced switch-hitting profile and superb defense.

4. Sebastian Walcott – SS, Texas Rangers

Walcott has slowed down a bit in May, but he’s flashing a tantalizing ceiling as a middle-of-the-order bat with positional value.

5. Nick Kurtz – 1B, Athletics

Kurtz’s stock skyrocketed after he crushed four home runs in a four-game span, raising his OPS up to .762. The slugging lefty is proving he belongs and now ranks as the top first base prospect in baseball. He just hit the IL with a hip injury.

6. Luke Keaschall – 2B, Minnesota Twins

Keaschall made his MLB debut in April and has since surpassed Emmanuel Rodriguez as the Twins’ No. 2 prospect, reflecting his rapid development. Expect him to be a fixture in the Twins’ lineup once healthy.

7. Matt Shaw – 2B/3B, Chicago Cubs

Now that he is back, Shaw has had five multi-hit efforts in his first ten games back in the majors. His 60 FV reflects his multi-positional value and upside as a potential All-Star in Chicago’s infield.

8. Walker Jenkins – OF, Minnesota Twins

Jenkins drops a bit due to injury (IL), but the skill set remains elite. With a 70-grade hit tool, he’s arguably the best pure hitter in the minors when healthy. He’s expected back later this summer and could be a future cornerstone in Minnesota’s outfield.

9. Samuel Basallo – C/1B, Baltimore Orioles

Basallo climbs after slugging at Triple-A with 70-grade raw power. While his defense behind the plate is still a work in progress, the bat could carry him to the big leagues soon—possibly by the All-Star break.

10. Bubba Chandler – SP, Pittsburgh Pirates

Cracking the top 10 for the first time, Chandler (pictured above) is showing front-line starter potential (2.27 ERA, 1.08 WHIP, 61 Ks in 43.2 IP). He could debut as soon as late 2025.

5. Dillon Lewis – OF, New York Yankees (Single-A)

Lewis has been a standout for the Tampa Tarpons, recording a 1.304 OPS with 3 home runs, 9 RBIs, and 3 stolen bases over the past week. His offensive contributions have been pivotal in the Tarpons’ recent victories, including a notable performance against the Dunedin Blue Jays.

His rise in the latest update to the Top 700 prospect rankings is a testament to his recent offensive surge. After a slow start to his MLB career, the 22-year-old first baseman (pictured above) erupted over the past three days, reaching base six times with three home runs and 5 RBIs. He recorded his first multi-homer game on May 21 against the Los Angeles Angels, which made him the youngest Athletics player to record a multi-home run game since Ben Grieve in 1998. Kurtz’s power display has solidified his status as a cornerstone for the Athletics’ future.

The Top 10 Update

No. 1. Roman Anthony – OF, Boston Red Sox

Anthony retains his No. 1 ranking, and it was an easy call. At just 21 years old, the Red Sox outfielder has consistently been at or near the top of the Triple-A leaderboard in barrels, barrel rate, expected slugging percentage, average exit velocity, and chase rate. In other words, he hits the ball hard, he hits the ball hard often, and he won’t expand the zone to do it. He should be in Boston soon.

No. 2. Leo De Vries – SS, San Diego Padres

De Vries continues to impress with his advanced approach at the plate and defensive prowess. His recent performances have solidified his position as one of the top shortstop prospects in the league. Scouts praise his maturity and the polish he brings to the game at such a young age.

No. 3. Jesús Made – SS, Milwaukee Brewers

Made has been a revelation in the Brewers’ system, showcasing a combination of power and speed that’s rare for his age. His performance in Single-A has been stellar, with a slash line of .297/.409/.438 with three home runs and 15 stolen bases. His rapid ascent reflects his high ceiling and potential to impact the major leagues in the near future.

No. 4. Sebastian Walcott – SS, Texas Rangers

His combination of size, athleticism, and power at the shortstop position makes him a standout prospect. At just 19 years old and holding his own in Double-A with players many years older than him, his ceiling is incredibly high.

No. 8. Jordan Lawlar – SS, Arizona Diamondbacks

Lawlar has been called up to the major leagues, where he has continued to impress with his hitting and defensive skills. His performance in Triple-A, where he batted .336 with six home runs, earned him the promotion. The Diamondbacks see him as a key piece of their future infield.

No. 9. Matt Shaw – 2B/3B, Chicago Cubs

Shaw has been called back up to the major leagues and has five hits and three doubles in his first three games back. No. 10. Samuel Basallo – C/1B, Baltimore Orioles

Basallo is widely regarded as the best catching prospect in baseball. His combination of power and defensive skills behind the plate make him a standout in the Orioles’ system. He is expected to make his major league debut in the near future, adding to Baltimore’s young and talented roster.

1. Matt Shaw – Chicago Cubs (AAA)

The Cubs’ top prospect (pictured above) is heading back to the majors after posting a monster week for Triple-A Iowa. He blasted five home runs, drove in seven, stole two bases, and posted a 1.375 OPS while striking out just twice in 26 at-bats. Shaw is still a candidate for Rookie of the Year.

2. Carson Whisenhunt – San Francisco Giants (AAA)

Whisenhunt was surgical over two starts for Triple-A Sacramento, tossing 14 shutout innings with 14 strikeouts and just one walk. His 0.00 ERA and 0.43 WHIP over that span make him one of the most dominant arms of the week—and a clear candidate for a call-up very soon.

3. Patrick Copen – Los Angeles Dodgers (High-A)

Copen overwhelmed hitters across two outings, racking up 18 strikeouts with only one walk over 13.2 innings. He allowed just five hits and one earned run, good for a 1.32 ERA and a jaw-dropping 0.44 WHIP. The Dodgers continue to develop high-octane arms, and Copen is making a name for himself.

4. Junior Perez – Oakland Athletics (AA)

Pérez showed off his slugging power with five home runs and nine RBIs for Double-A Midland. He added two stolen bases and a 1.531 OPS to round out a week that highlighted his loud tools and upward-trending trajectory in the A’s system.

5. Joseph Sullivan – Houston Astros (High-A)

Sullivan stuffed the stat sheet for High-A Asheville with three homers, four RBIs, and four stolen bases. He also posted a 1.466 OPS while drawing six walks and hitting .389. Sullivan’s ability to impact the game in multiple ways makes him an exciting player to watch.

6. Nick Morabito – New York Mets (AA)

Morabito had a well-rounded week at the plate and on the basepaths, going 12-for-26 with a homer and six steals. His 1.248 OPS and consistent production are giving the Mets something to think about as they look toward the future of their outfield.

7. Shay Whitcomb – Houston Astros (AAA)

Whitcomb launched four home runs and drove in nine RBIs, maintaining a 1.072 OPS for Triple-A Sugar Land. While he struck out nine times in 23 at-bats, the power surge helped carry his production and reinforce his standing as a depth option for Houston.

8. Rainiel Rodriguez – St. Louis Cardinals (Rookie – FCL)

At just 18 years old, Rodriguez crushed it in Rookie ball. The young catcher went 7-for-16 with four home runs, eight RBIs, and a 1.688 OPS. The Cardinals have a serious breakout candidate brewing in the Florida Complex League.

9. TJ Nichols – Tampa Bay Rays (High-A)

Nichols dazzled in his lone start of the week for High-A Bowling Green, throwing six scoreless innings with 12 strikeouts and no walks. He allowed just two hits, finishing with a 0.33 WHIP and flashing frontline stuff.

10. Buddy Kennedy – Philadelphia Phillies (AAA)

Kennedy continued his hot stretch at Triple-A Lehigh Valley, going 12-for-30 with four homers and 10 RBIs. His 1.319 OPS capped off a strong offensive week, keeping him firmly in the mix for a big-league bench or platoon role this summer.
