Tier 1: The Elite Options
1. Bobby Witt Jr., KC
Witt is the clear-cut top fantasy shortstop, combining elite power (32 HR), speed (34 SB), and batting average (.300) with massive run production (108 R, 101 RBI). He’s a first-round lock in any format.
2. Elly De La Cruz, CIN
With 30 HR, 54 SB, and 104 R, De La Cruz is a fantasy goldmine. His high 28.9% K rate means his .263 AVG could fluctuate, but the power-speed upside is undeniable.
3. Gunnar Henderson, BAL
Henderson continues to rise as a fantasy force, offering 32 HR, 17 SB, and a .273 AVG. His .865 OPS and strong walk rate (10.8%) make him a balanced superstar.
4. Mookie Betts, LAD
A veteran superstar with shortstop eligibility, Betts brings 28 HR, 15 SB, and a .275 AVG with elite plate discipline (11.4% BB rate, 13.8% K rate). He’s a reliable first or second-round pick.
5. Francisco Lindor, NYM
Lindor remains a strong all-around contributor with 28 HR, 24 SB, and 91 R, but his .255 AVG and modest OBP (.330) make him a tier below the elite.
6. Trea Turner, PHI
Turner still provides 22 HR, 24 SB, and a .277 AVG, but his declining OBP (.325) and lower RBI totals (78 RBI) indicate he may be slipping from his former first-round status.

Tier 2: Strong Starters
7. Oneil Cruz, PIT
Cruz has a tantalizing power-speed mix (28 HR, 21 SB), but his high 28.9% K rate makes his .257 AVG a risk. If he improves his contact, he could push for Tier 1 status.
8. Corey Seager, TEX
When healthy, Seager is an elite hitter with 29 HR, a .282 AVG, and .874 OPS. However, his low 548 PA projection and lack of speed (1 SB) lower his overall fantasy value.
9. CJ Abrams, WAS
Abrams is a strong value pick thanks to 18 HR, 34 SB, and 79 R. His low OBP (.313) and modest power keep him in Tier 2, but the speed upside is immense.
10. Willy Adames, SF
Adames provides consistent power (27 HR, 87 RBI) with some speed (14 SB), but his .246 AVG and 24.4% K rate can hurt in batting average leagues.
11. Ezequiel Tovar, COL
Tovar offers a decent mix of power (23 HR) and speed (11 SB), but his poor .296 OBP and lack of elite counting stats keep him as a mid-tier option.
