Fastest Risers among the Updated Dynasty Top 700

We recently updated our fantasy baseball Top 700 Dynasty Rankings to include everything that has happened to this point in the season. Also, we included the recent 2024 MLB Draft picks as well. This is a look at the fastest risers in the new rankings (not including the new draftees).
