We update our fantasy baseball Top 700 Prospect Rankings weekly (along with a list of the fastest risers), and we keep track of the hottest prospects in our Weekly Hot Prospects Report to let fantasy baseball owners know about some prospects who are gaining momentum before you even hear about them elsewhere.

1. Charlie Condon, 1B/OF, Colorado Rockies

  • Current Level: Triple-A (Albuquerque)
  • The Outlook: Condon (pictured above) has completely adjusted to the upper minors over the last few weeks, flashing the foundational power that made him a premier draft selection. He’s been absolute trouble for Pacific Coast League pitching, launching 20 home runs and sporting a .998 OPS. Colorado opens the second half of the season with a lengthy homestand. If they brought Condon up to debut in the friendly confines of Coors Field before the end of July makes perfect sense for a rebuilding Rockies club eager to showcase their future centerpiece.

2. Kade Anderson, LHP, Seattle Mariners

  • Current Level: Double-A (Arkansas)
  • The Outlook: Anderson has put together one of the most dominant statistical campaigns across the minors this year. Across his first 13 starts (66 IP), he has a microscopic 1.22 ERA and a 0.71 WHIP. He’s sporting a staggering 41.4% strikeout rate against a minuscule 3.8% walk rate. While he’s dominating at Double-A, his underlying metrics are so advanced that a jump to Seattle—or a very brief stopover in Triple-A—is entirely on the table. Rumors are circulating that Seattle may look to leverage rotation depth for an impact bat at the trade deadline. If so, Anderson’s elite strikeout upside makes him the premier pitching stash of the second half.

3. Walker Jenkins, OF, Minnesota Twins

  • Current Level: Triple-A (St. Paul)
  • The Outlook: After a brief mid-season rehab assignment, Jenkins is back with the Saints and showing why he has little left to prove in the minors. Offering an incredibly polished hit tool and rapidly advancing game power, Jenkins is targeted for a late-summer arrival. Expect the Twins to get him crucial major-league reps to anchor his positioning as a fixture in their 2027 outfield. Stash him now before the hype train leaves the station.

4. Max Clark, OF, Detroit Tigers

  • Current Level: Triple-A (Toledo)
  • The Outlook: Clark’s profile is a dynamic combination of elite speed and outstanding plate discipline. His physical frame is also steadily unlocking more over-the-fence power. He’s hitting well at Triple-A this season, with 20 stolen bases and a .351 OBP. His baseline contact metrics and ability to impact the game on the basepaths make him a high-floor, high-ceiling option. Detroit has shown a willingness to let their young core play, making a promotion highly probable.

5. Joshua Baez, OF, St. Louis Cardinals

  • Current Level: Triple-A (Memphis)
  • The Outlook: The Cardinals have leaned heavily on internal depth over the last year, and Baez is positioning himself as the next outfielder in line. Flashing explosive bat speed and substantial raw power—including a recent surge into the Triple-A home run lead—Baez provides the exact type of modern power-hitting profile capable of shifting the dynamic of a lineup overnight. If St. Louis needs a jolt of extra-base production from the right side of the plate down the stretch, Baez is the most logical internal call-up.

Other Names to Watch: Max Anderson (2B, DET), Michael Arroyo (SS, SEA), Andrew Fischer (3B, MIL), Brody Hopkins (SP, TB), Quinn Mathews (SP, STL), Hector Rodriguez (OF, CIN), Ralphy Velazquez (1B/OF, CLE), Thomas White (SP, MIA).
