Welcome to this week’s Big Movers in the weekly update of the RotoProspects Top 500.
The No. 1 riser is Jakob Marsee, a 22-year-old Double-A outfielder of the Padres who is leading the Arizona Fall League with a 1.493 OPS to go with 2 homers, 4 steals and 9 RBIs in 7 games. The 6-foot, 180-pounder was a sixth-round pick out of Central Michigan last year and started this season for High-A Fort Wayne with an .838 OPS, 13 dingers and 41 bags in 113 games. Marsee kept it going for Double-A San Antonio with an .858 OPS, 3 homers and 5 steals in 16 games. Marsee has an advanced hit tool with plus speed and developing power. He has us dreaming of table-setting center fielder with a .370 OBP, 90 runs, 15 homers and 30 steals. Marsee blasts up 45 spots to No. 200.
Next up is Dominic Keegan, a 23-year-old High-A catcher of the Rays whowho has a 1.346 OPS with 2 homers and 7 RBIs in 4 Arizona Fall League games. The 6-foot, 210-pounder was a fourth-round pick out of Vanderbilt last year. Keegan put up a combined triple-slash of .287/.386/.466 with 13 homers in 106 games between Low-A and High-A this past season. Keegan’s advanced hit and power tools are way ahead of his defense, so he could wind up at first base or DH. Keegan comes in behind Marsee as our top riser since his move was comparatively less impactful at the back of the 500, skyrocketing up 97 spots to No. 375
Damiano Palmegiani, a 23-year-old Triple-A third baseman of the Blue Jays who has a .975 OPS in the Arizona Fall League after combining for a .842 OPS with 23 homers in AA/AAA, leading to a 84-spot jump to No. 277.
Graham Pauley, a 23-year-old Double-A third baseman of the Padres who 3 homers and 11 RBIs in 8 Arizona Fall League games after combining for a .931 OPS with 23 dingers and 22 steals over 3 levels, so he shoots up 32 spots to No. 121.
Jase Bowen, a 23-year-old Double-A outfielder of the Pirates who has a .996 OPS with 10 RBIs in 10 AFL games after combining for a .794 OPS with 23 dingers and 26 steals in A+/AA, so he shoots up 24 spots to No. 463.
Emiliano Teodo, a 22-year-old High-A right-handed pitcher of the Rangers who is 1-0 with 2 saves in 3 games in the AFL, allowing just 1 hit in 4 scoreless innings, so he jumps up 23 spots to No. 475.
Orion Kerkering, a 22-year-old Phillies right-handed pitcher who has tossed 3 scoreless innings out of the bullpen in the MLB playoffs after blasting through 4 levels to Philadelphia this season, so he vaults up 22 spots to No. 282.
Royber Salinas, a 22-year-old Double-A right-handed pitcher of the Athletics who has a 0.00 ERA with 7 Ks in 5 AFL innings after posting a 5.48 ERA in 67.1 innings for Midland, leading to a 21-spot jump to No. 329.

The biggest faller of the week is Jhonkensy Noel, a 22-year-old Triple-A outfielder/third baseman of the Guardians who posted a paltry 77 wRC+ while batting .220 with 27 homers this season, and he drops 22 spots to No. 306.
The biggest riser inside the Top 100 is Chase DeLauter, a 22-year-old Double-A outfielder of the Guardians who has an .826 OPS with 2 homers, 3 steals and 12 RBIs in the AFL after combining for a .945 OPS with 5 dingers and 4 bags over 3 levels, and he jumps up 24 spots to No. 32.
