As we roll out our latest update to the RotoProspects Top 700 Prospect fantasy baseball rankings, let’s dive into the key updates surrounding the top-ranked prospects this week.

Brewers’ Jesus Made is now No. 1 in the fantasy baseball rankings

We have reached a milestone this week: the graduation of Pirates outfielder Konnor Griffin from prospect eligibility.

With Griffin’s departure, a new era begins at the top of our board as Made (pictured above) takes over as the No. 1 overall prospect in fantasy baseball.

Signed out of the Dominican Republic in January 2024, the Brewers 19-year-old phenom’s ascent has been nothing short of historic. After obliterating the lower minors last year to reach Double-A as an 18-year-old, the switch-hitting infielder has spent his spring silencing anyone who questioned his aggressive assignment to Biloxi.

Through 34 games in the Southern League—where he is a staggering 5.2 years younger than his average competition—Made is slashing .257/.340/.400 with 11 extra-base hits, 20 RBIs, and 15 stolen bases. The statistical line is impressive on its own, but when adjusted for his age and environment, it is legendary.

Boasting a plus-plus hit tool, emerging raw power, and elite athleticism that allows him to play anywhere on the dirt, Made is a true franchise cornerstone. With MLB Pipeline and other major outlets validating his consensus No. 1 status this week, a mid-to-late 2026 ETA in Milwaukee is looking more realistic by the day.

The high-impact climbers

Ryan Waldschmidt, OF, Arizona Diamondbacks (Up to No. 9)

Waldschmidt has officially forced his way into our Top 10. The Diamondbacks wasted no time aggressively testing their polished outfielder, and he has rewarded them by securing an everyday role in the big leagues. Waldschmidt has handled major league pitching like a seasoned veteran, showcasing an incredibly mature approach and high-level bat-to-ball skill. His combination of a 55-grade hit tool and 55-grade speed gives him an immense fantasy floor, and his rapid adjustment to MLB velocity cements his status as an elite dynasty asset.

Luis Hernandez, SS, San Francisco Giants (Up to No. 20)

The complex league season is only a week old, but Hernandez is already making it look like a lower-tier video game. Signed out of Venezuela for a near-$5 million bonus in January, the 17-year-old middle infielder has been a human cheat code for the ACL Giants. Through his first 38 plate appearances, Hernandez is slashing a staggering .444/.500/.917 with four home runs and 19 RBIs in just 36 at-bats. The crown jewel of his opening week came on May 13, where he put together a perfect 5-for-5 performance with three doubles, a home run, and nine RBIs.

Anthony Eyanson, SP, Boston Red Sox (Up to No. 30)

The Red Sox pitching development machine is absolutely cooking, and Eyanson is the latest masterpiece. Following a promotion to Double-A Portland, the 21-year-old right-hander has carried over his microscopic 0.44 ERA and 0.49 WHIP from the lower minors. Armed with a mid-90s fastball that features elite vertical break and a 60-grade slider, Eyanson is missing bats at an elite 42% clip. He enters the Top 30 as one of the premier pitching risers of the 2026 season.

Sam Antonacci, 2B/3B, White Sox (Up to No. 39)

Antonacci continues his steady, unyielding march up our rankings. While he doesn’t possess the loud, triple-digit exit velocities of some of his peers, he might possess the most secure floor of any infielder in the class. His elite on-base skills and microscopic chase rates have translated seamlessly to the upper minors, pushing him into the Top 40 as a true top-of-the-order catalyst who will be ready for Chicago sooner rather than later.

Edwin Arroyo, SS, Cincinnati Reds (Up to No. 59)

Arroyo is back and better than ever. After a frustrating 2025 campaign, the 22-year-old shortstop has made a series of mechanical adjustments to his stance that have completely unlocked his offensive ceiling. Through 39 games at Triple-A Louisville, Arroyo is torching the International League to the tune of a .342/.408/.590 slash line with eight home runs and five stolen bases. Coming off a spectacular four-hit game on May 10, Arroyo’s elite zone-contact rate (85.8%) and newfound barrel control have him knocking loudly on the door of a big league promotion to Cincinnati.

Henry Bolte, OF, Athletics (Up to No. 80)

Welcome to the Show, Henry! Bolte has been an absolute human wrecking ball in the Pacific Coast League, tying a league record by collecting hits in 12 consecutive at-bats from May 7–9 (including a ridiculous 10-for-10 stretch with nine extra-base hits). After winning PCL Player of the Week by hitting .348/.418/.658 with 12 home runs through 37 games, the Athletics officially selected his contract. Bolte made his MLB debut on May 13, immediately collecting singles in his first two big-league at-bats. If his cut down on strikeouts (from 33% to 22%) holds against major league breaking balls, his 60-power/60-speed profile is a fantasy manager’s dream.
