Welcome to the 12th installment of our Weekly Hot Prospects Report ranking the top minor-league performances from the week of June 9-15. We’re back with this week’s top performers making waves across the minors!

1. Konnor Griffin, OF, Pirates (High-A)
Griffin showed why he’s considered one of the top teenage athletes in the minors. He hit .407 with a 1.247 OPS, swiped 6 bases, and drove in 8 runs. Add in 2 home runs and only 2 strikeouts, and you’re looking at a potential five-tool centerpiece for Pittsburgh’s rebuild.
2. Michael Arroyo, SS, Mariners (High-A)
Arroyo exploded with a 1.736 OPS, hitting 4 homers in just 21 at-bats. He drove in 9 and struck out only twice—one of the most complete offensive weeks of any hitter in the minors this year.
3. Brice Matthews, SS, Astros (AAA)
Matthews continued his ascent through the system with a scorching .429 average, 3 HR, 9 RBIs, 2 stolen bases, and a 1.429 OPS. He’s now knocking loudly on Houston’s door.
4. Blake Wehunt, SP, Red Sox (AA)
Wehunt made his lone start of the week count: 7 innings, 13 strikeouts, just 1 walk, and a 1.29 ERA. He allowed only 4 hits and looked in total control from pitch one.
5. Juneiker Caceres, OF, Guardians (Rookie – ACL)
At just 17 years old, Caceres made his presence felt with a 1.731 OPS, 3 homers, and 6 RBIs. He went 5-for-13 and walked three times—early signs that Cleveland has something special brewing in the desert.
6. Zach Ehrhard, OF, Red Sox (AA)
Ehrhard was a nightmare for opposing pitchers and catchers alike, hitting .385 with 2 HRs, 5 stolen bases, and a 1.179 OPS. His all-around offensive production is turning heads.
7. Travis Sykora, SP, Nationals (High-A)
Sykora was flawless over 5 innings: no runs, no walks, just 2 hits, and 10 strikeouts. The 21-year-old flamethrower is looking more polished by the start.
8. Jack Perkins, SP/RP, Athletics (AAA)
Back-to-back appearances on the hot list for Perkins, who delivered 6.1 innings with 12 strikeouts and just 2 hits. His 0.63 WHIP this week suggests Oakland might give him a look soon.
9. Brock Selvidge, SP, Yankees (AA)
Selvidge made his own case for promotion with 5.2 innings of one-hit ball, no walks, and 6 strikeouts. His WHIP? A microscopic 0.18.
10. Jonah Tong, SP/RP, Mets (AA)
Last week’s No. 1 is still sizzling. Tong racked up 13 strikeouts over 10.1 innings with a 1.74 ERA across multiple appearances. His versatility and command continue to shine.
11. Nestor German, SP/RP, Orioles (AA)
German was unscored upon over 6 dominant innings. He allowed just 1 hit and 1 walk while striking out 6. His 0.33 WHIP led all qualified pitchers this week.
12. George Wolkow, OF, White Sox (Single-A)
Wolkow mashed 3 homers and drove in 7, slashing .421/.500/.895 with a 1.417 OPS. The 6-foot-7 outfielder is still raw, but the power is very real.
13. Cristian Santana, SS, Tigers (Single-A)
Santana hit 4 homers in 5 games and posted a 1.478 OPS despite going just 5-for-17. His 6 walks made it a true three-true-outcomes week—power, patience, and a few Ks.
14. Owen Caissie, OF, Cubs (AAA)
The Canadian slugger stayed hot with 3 more home runs, 9 RBIs, and a 1.308 OPS. He’s looking like a major league-ready bat for the second half of 2025.
15. Bob Seymour, 1B, Rays (AAA)
Seymour hit .381 with 3 home runs and just 1 strikeout in 21 at-bats. His 1.432 OPS made him one of the most efficient power hitters in Triple-A this week.
